THE FUND
Cresvia Portugal Access is a Portugal-domiciled, open-ended SICAV - managed by a CSSF-regulated Luxembourg AIFM. This structure combines direct access to the Portuguese economy with institutional-grade Luxembourg fund governance.
Full economic terms, fees and risk factors are set out in the Prospectus and the Key Information Document (DIF).
Open-ended, so there is no fund term to outlive
There is no fund end date that can arrive mid-permit. After an 18-month lock-up you choose the exit date, on 180 days' notice. Closed-end funds typically run six to ten years from their first closing, often with manager extensions.
Liquidity
Shares are subject to an 18-month lock-up. Redemption orders require at least 180 days' notice and may be subject to an annual cap of 20% of NAV. The recommended holding period is six years. Full costs and terms are set out in the Prospectus and the DIF.
The Fund invests in high-potential Portuguese companies - as required for Golden Visa eligibility - through a diversified private markets approach.

Capital at risk - you may lose part or all of your investment. The Fund is newly established and has no operating history. Shares are illiquid: an 18-month lock-up applies, redemptions require at least 180 days' notice, and redemptions may be capped at 20% of NAV per calendar year. The Fund is denominated in EUR and does not hedge currency exposure. Read the Prospectus and the Key Information Document (DIF) before investing.
